Guests are responsible for reviewing their reservations to ensure all details are accurate.
Payments can be made in full upfront or through installments. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all bookings.
Final payment must be received by Hej.Babes Retreats no later than eight weeks prior to the retreat start date. Bookings made within eight weeks of the retreat must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Payment deadlines must be met. If the balance is not paid by the due date, Hej.Babes Retreats will issue a reminder. Failure to respond may result in the cancellation of the booking, with the deposit forfeited.
Refunds for cancellations are as follows: within 3 months or less before the retreat: No refund.
3 to 6 months before the retreat: 50% refund.
6 months or more before the retreat: 75 % refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days. Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance to cover any financial losses in case of cancellation.Hej.Babes reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel retreats due to circumstances beyond their control (Force Majeure) and will notify guests as soon as possible. In such cases, credit vouchers will be issued for future Hej.Babes Retreats offerings.
Flight costs are the responsibility of the guest.
Any discounts offered are at Hej.Babes Retreats’ discretion and do not entitle other guests to a price adjustment.
Hej.Babes Retreat accepts no responsibility for keeping the website up to date and will not be liable for any loss by its failure to do so. We are not responsible for the contents of any links displayed on our website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the relevant travel documentation and visas are requested. Additionally, if the mother is traveling alone with the child, it is her responsibility to carry a document signed by the other parent, granting permission for the child to travel and cross borders.
Retreat Cancellation Due to Insufficient Participants
Minimum Participant Requirement: Each retreat requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met by 8 weeks before the retreat start date, Hej.Babes Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat.
Notification and Refund: In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participants, all fees paid by attendees will be fully refunded within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
Attendee Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each attendee to confirm with Hej.Babes Retreats whether the minimum number of participants has been met before booking travel arrangements.
Flight and Travel Arrangements: Attendees are strongly advised to book refundable or flexible travel arrangements until confirmation is received that the retreat will proceed. Attendees should also wait for confirmation before cancelling childcare facilities. Hej.Babes Retreats will not be liable for any costs incurred for non-refundable flights or other travel arrangements if the retreat is canceled.
Guests must use the retreat property responsibly and not engage in activities that are offensive, illegal, or disruptive to others.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the retreat property in good condition and will be charged for any damages or missing items. Hej.Babes Retreats is not liable for property damage caused by guests or their children.
Hej.Babes Retreats reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for breach of terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
All materials on the Hej.Babes Retreats website, including text and images, are copyrighted and cannot be copied or modified without permission.
Website users must be 18 years or older and are financially responsible for any charges incurred.
Hej.Babes Retreats is not responsible for delays or cancellations of transportation services, including flights, trains, or buses.
Changes to accommodations, facilities, or activities may be made at the discretion of Hej.Babes Retreats.
Guests who downgrade their accommodations are not entitled to a refund.
Guests must adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure they are physically able to participate in activities. Injuries sustained during participation are not the responsibility of Hej.Babes Retreats.
Personal possessions are the guest's responsibility, and Hej.Babes Retreats is not liable for any loss or damage.
Guests are solely responsible for their children during their stay, including during childcare services.
Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances) may result in changes or cancellations. No refunds are provided, but alternative options, such as credit vouchers, may be offered.
Guests are advised to have comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance for the duration of their trip. No refunds are provided for cancellations or shortened stays.
These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement. Hej.Babes Retreats reserves the right to update terms without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
Complaints must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email) to the retreat manager at the earliest opportunity.
Hej.Babes retains all copyright and exclusive rights to the materials, photos, videos, and content used for promotional purposes.
By participating in Hej.Babes retreats or events, customers consent to the use of photos, videos, or other content featuring them for promotional purposes unless they explicitly notify Hej.Babes in writing before the retreat begins.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Austria, in accordance with applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of residence of the customer within the European Union.
